Reporting a problem with Advertisement Ends Here!
The fastest way to get a fix is to include:
- What happened and on which website — for example "the checkout button stopped working on example.com".
- The extension version — open the popup, click View report, and the version appears in the diagnostics section at the bottom.
- The diagnostics file if you can — on the report page, click Download diagnostics file and attach it. It contains internal error records, not your browsing history.
If a site breaks
Two quick fixes, no email needed: open the popup on that site and switch protection off for just that site — or, if the report page's "Caught by behavior" section lists a domain the site needs, click Unblock next to it. Unblocked domains stay unblocked. Then tell us about it anyway, so the next person never hits the problem.
